You are right. We know Loona, fromis_9, WJSN, Cherry Bullet OT10, tripleS - they did not jump in premier-league of kpop. Only Twice and Iz*One did that

I think you have a good point.

One of the biggest BGs is Seventeen and they are well above average in members.

I always think it's funny when non-Kpop fans think BTS has a lot of members.

Always makes me go: "Well, there is this group called Seventeen you might want to check out..."

And they go when they see how many members there are. Then when I tell them that in Japan there is a group called AKB48...

I actually agree. I prefer smaller ggs (4-5 members max.), while larger bgs are better.

I prefer lesser members for both girls and boys. It takes too much time to learn names.

I hate boygroups with lots of members, 7 is the best number for boygroups.

overall from an economic perspective the more members the worse off since one has to share the profits

assuming ceteris paribus - the members of twice have to earn 2.25 times that of BP to make the same amount of money individually
