Is kpop modern slavery? 25

So, let's talk slavery in Kpop.
SM is known to give their idols slave contracts but, is it the only label treating their idols like slaves?
I mean, yes, other labels don't (or may not) force or black mail or threaten their idols to re-sign their contracts like SM does but do they treat them different from slaves?
1. Are they paid what they deserve or does the label take most of the money. I do not know of an idol that makes the same or even more than their label. The labels grow bigger, and are worth much more every year while the idols earn a few million dollars if lucky.
2. What are their working conditions? Do they have a say in how they work or do they do as the label wants, when it wants and how it wants?
3. Is it worse in other labels compared to SM? It's funny because most SM idols re-sign when they have a choice to end it and leave at least after 10 years compared to other labels. So do these idols submit to SM and knowingly sign slave contracts? I don't think so?
