Nothing about this is surprising to me as a long term fan. It's actually hilarious that anyone from that company complains about promotion that isn't Twice. Be serious.

I wish they promoted their b sides. It always bothered me. Jyp used to give them so much comebacks that there’s not much time to promote b-sides is probably one of the reasons

Well twice has so many comebacks between Korean and Japanese that it’s impossible to shoot Mv for b-sides as well the girls are overworked enough also Twice follows the 3rd gen promotions strategies where bsides rarely get Mvs

I agree, JYPE should create Mv's to promote twice's b-sides. Maybe they might start to do so when they comeback? I mean they are starting to do it with Itzy and Stray kids have been doing that for a while now.

Looking at that chart, the most striking thing is just how tiny JYP is. How tiny all of these Kpop companies are. JYP is supposed to be the 3rd or 4th largest company in Kpop (excluding Kakao since no one seems to agree that Kakao should be treated as part of a Big 5 in Kpop instead of just a Big 4).

I count about 180 employees for the Korean divisions. Add in the Japanese divisions and other support staff and you get to the 337 total employee figure on Wikipedia.

That's effing tiny af.

In comparison, the third largest American music company is Warner Music Group. With almost 6,000 employees. We're talking almost 20x more employees than JYPE.

On Wikipedia, Cube had only 79 employees last time i checked. This was back in 2018 i believe so it might actually be less now with only Gidle and Lightsum active.

On some rando site called Kompass, Starshit was listed as having only 50-99 employees.

Just tiny tiny companies, i've made this joke before but i think one local Walmart superstore could have more employees.
