an interesting question is why is peaking more important than overall longevity / other stats...
I'll preface it by saying I like both groups so it's purely a theoretical question and nothing against the groups per se
yes LSFM has a no. 1 but Aespa has 6 top 10s compared to LSFM's 5
aespa also has (at least) 12 top 100 compared to LSFM's 6
but then again Aespa has released more songs than LSFM so naturally then have a greater chance at topping the charts
also we (we do but I don't lol) don't know the actual points of NL compared to PN
maybe one was released to higher competition and has lower ULs/ points
which brings me back to my ultimate point - numbers don't lie but it's how one interprets them that matter

Fair point but that is also the reason why people discredit Le Sserafim for those #2 number. Antifragile has way more longevity compared to Nxde (PAKS song) but people always made fun of LE SSERAFIM for not reaching that #1 and not having a #1 song. Now they finally reached #1, they find another reason to discredit them again duh.

Well they use that way more often than you think whenever there was a fanwar on stan twts. Idgaf tho but I'm glad that they can't use that anymore

For aespa I'm not sure they have reached #1 on melon so they can't use that against them but I didn't know that they couldn't reached #1 on circle chart before this thread. They might if they found out about this
