5050 will be another group in big 4's fans watch list if they didn't have this lawsuit saga against their company

    5050 probably will never recreate Cupid success anymore in their career but in different timeline right now, they surely will have steady growing fanbase. Honestly it's so obvious that they were 100% guarantee gonna left the nugudom and at least be on par with StayC, fanbase and success wise.


    They have good album and good songs. Outside of Cupid, all their songs are definitely easy listening and quite catchy. Cupid supposed to open new door for people to explore their other songs and stuffs if these lawsuit issues never happened.


    Promotion wise, all their debut songs come with mv. They have interesting contents in yt, they have deals with Barbie, they supposed to get a lot of cfs offers, their ceo already planned their promotion schedule in America and their company seems to have clear direction to exp


    A lot of people clearly interested in them. Their YouTube contents, outside of Cupid mv has really good number even reach hundreds thousands of views and actually on par with other current 4th gen gg views for their regular contents. Their subscribers number is already really close to StayC. Their sales also rose from 7k for their first album to 37k just after 3 months cb. They have real hype outside of Cupid.


    What a shame that all these opportunities gone because of a lawsuit. They gonna be another inspiration for a lot of new idols yet now nobody want to be like them.

    in an alternate timeline, the girls wouldn't have been so greedy and their popularity would have skyrocketed even higher with the release/promotion of their barbie song.

    That aside, if they were there, they would significantly have accelerated IU's decline as they would have shown the irrelevancy of Melon.

    Honestly speaking I supported the group until last minute, but the evidences and clames they came up with are so ridiculous. It just feels like the girls and their parents got played by that givers ceo, and to be frank I understand them they, were afraid that attrakt won’t be able to capitalise on their success, and they thought company like Warner would do a better job, the girls should’ve definitely waited for one or two comebacks before jumping ship, and now that Kenna went back to attrakt their image got even worse.

    I mean no law suit, they would have travel the world doing Barbie movies premiers, the probably would have gone to the USA VMA, maybe get invited to the grammys and maybe win the BBMA's

    It was a meme song for tik toks, alot of ppl knew it was a kpop group, but didn't invest any farther than that.

    The only way they remain relevant is from good music, and i don't think Cupid was a good song, just a niche, that would get old (if redone, see Baam after Bboom Bboom re: momoland), and i have ZERO trust a nugu company can start producing AAA tracks (Big 4 companies with endless resources fail sometimes re: txt last release)
