They are a new company, out of their original groups only bts renewed, others groups haven't even reached the point to discuss contract renewals, they are under seven years old. Bts are obviously treated well, seventeen too given they renewed too. So far there were no rumors about them mistreating idols, I'm not saying there is none, I'm saying that i haven't heard of it. I only follow bts and they are exceptions for everything, perhaps we should ask fans of non bts groups what they think

I don't think so. Hybe have lsf and nj that they can shape into a cfs queen without spending a huge amount of money to sign a new contract with bp members. Unless they sign the whole team, I don't think signing them individually will be as powerful as when they're in a group. We all know how fans support for the members once they departed from their group will be weaker.
