Which song do you think was the Song of the first half of the 2020s? 65

Dynamite (39) 60%
-
Hype Boy (26) 40%
The Greatest Song coming out of Korea in the 2010s is either Gangnam Style or Good Day, depending who you ask.
It seems Gangnam Style has won the battle since Psy still performs it in events while Lee Jieun chose to retire Good Day from her concerts.
Now, although 2024 is not hear yet, I think it is OK to judge what song is the greatest song of the first half of the 2020s.
In my opinion there are two candidates
3 weeks at #1 in Billboard hot 200
The song which put BTS to the top of the world
2. Hype Boy
Probably going to be the most enduring song ever released in the first half of the 2020s decade
Most likely song to be selected as the Song of the Decade in 2030
Personally I vote for #2.
Not because NJ went to pay filial duty to a certain 1,344 years old singer, but because while Dynamite came during the lockdown era, the ethos has changed since then and Hype Boy arrived when the lockdowns were getting lifted.
Plus, with BTS out of action most likely till 2026, and NewJeans getting points all around the world, people in 2029 will remember NJ more than BTS who would be associated with the Pandemic era which everyone would want to forget.
