I was wondering when someone was gonna mention their album sales. Looks like there was definitely an appetite for a new 4th gen BG even with ZB1 out there.

Historically BGs sells more than GGs
We are in a very weird moment when the top GGS can challenge 2 million, but I believe it's more like the 4th gen BGs were pretty much all set and people were just waiting for the 5h gen Boygroups
ZB1 sold 2 million on its first 2 months, now it's Riize time. Let's see how much the next JYP, Pledis and Bighit BGs will sell

According to you NJ is the biggest group on the planet yet they are already getting slaughtered by ZB1 and soon Riize.
Melon daily #1s just tells me people don't like the music enough to buy it. Cause if they did they wouldn't be getting outsold by a group who hasn't debuted yet and already has a scandal.

True, this also needs consideration. Still it's a bit hard to say Riize is competing with TxT, Stray Kids, The Boyz and Ateez
Their competition is actually the follow up of those groups. Ateez young brothers is Xikers, The Boyz' is ATBO and Stray Kids' is Loud. Doesn't it make much more sense to put them in the same cluster as those instead of 6 years old groups?
