I think Chan wrote most of the song in english and Changbin/Han wrote their raps in korean, than their parts where translated to japanese. And they kept the english from the original.

I have no idea why this path was chosen.

I wasn't expecting a japanese comeback to be one of my favorite Stray Kids releases, but I think they transitioned to a J-pop (or J-Rock?) group successfully now
