So far Kpop only has mixed, wasian idols but Hybe new show will have completely white idols. Will it still be successful or will people not tune in? Can you imagine white idols doing fanservice and aegyo?
Will Hybe first Kpop group with white idols work?

nope, they’re going to flop
-
prob not, i dont think kpop fans even care about this. even a2k is failing miserably and noone is interested in them...
(the girls are rlly talented tho so i will be looking forward to their debut!)

Eh, I think it's cringe.
But who knows, maybe Scooter and his chart topping producers will make huge bops and it'll be a success.

That's an interesting question you've brought up. HYBE (formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment) has gained a lot of attention in the K-POP industry, primarily due to their management of popular groups like BTS and TXT. The concept of a K-POP group with non-Asian or white idols is something that's sparked discussions among fans and industry observers.
While HYBE's focus has traditionally been on Korean idols, it's worth noting that the K-POP industry has become increasingly global over the years. We've seen collaborations between K-POP artists and artists from various countries, and the industry as a whole is becoming more diverse. So, theoretically, a K-POP group with non-Asian or white members could potentially work, especially if the members are talented and can connect with fans through their music and performances.

This will never work. If it has a lot of white girls. One white girl is enough
-
Make it a 5 member group
2 Black girls, 1 White girl, 1 Spanish, and 1 Asian
Have the group make pop AND r&b songs.
plus diversifying the group is whats gonna make foreign fans like them.

i don't think it'll be kpop group
Just pop group
They'll probably promote in America

It won't really work because Kpop communities have double standard.
They cry because kpop don't have enough diversivity but at the same time, when it comes to it they don't care about it and reject it because hardworking Asian ethic > Others in Kpop group field.

i would listen to their music if it was good but i don't think koreans would go for it
-
As long was they don't call it kpop.
-
Group name should be reverse affirmative action
-
They need to have some asians and black members, otherwise, kpop fans will complain about racism or CA.

Just because you don't watch the show it doesn't mean no one is interested in it, A2k so far has been pulling more views on YouTube thank the other Jyp show

Hybe is in a different league, but if they can't do it, I don't know who will.

Where does it say they are all white?
I couldn't care less about this group. Call me racists, i don't care, but I'm only interested in groups with (south) east asian members.
Also, if their main market is the us they certainly won't be doing aegyo, that's not a thing there

Well... I'm excited to see if there is going to be a Scandinavian too.
Even though I didn't give a fig about that one group UHSN that had both a Swedish and a Norwegian in it.
