Kpop for sure, they dont sound or look anything like AKB48, HKT48, etc, or even Niziu. They are a GC Kpop group modeled after Blackpink.
They already have one bop in Shooting Star this year, but this remix of some rando Western song has captured my attention, it's one of my most played tracks of 2023. Harvey, the blonde haired girl, has such an awesome and unique delivery, reminds me a lot of Lisa tbh.

I was very skeptical at first because their first song and covers made it almost feel like appropriation. However, now I think it's more appreciation and, based on their training, this is something that they are genuinely trained in and it's not a gimmick or marketing tactic. They are the real deal.
I'm still sighing at the fact that someone else is writing their raps but other than that, I'm sold. Fave gg of the year.
I think they are proof of how kpop has influenced pop music. I called them a very unique kpop group because they seem to be trying to enter that genre first. But they are one of a kind.
Yeah people are looking at this from the angle of xG/advanced stats vs. actually watching the game, when it should be xG/advanced stats vs. traditional stats.
Someone like Benteke "should have" scored 10 or so more goals last season but finished on something ridiculously shitty like 2 goals for the entire campaign. xG tells you more about the player, the chances, and Palace's play rather than just looking at his tally and Palace's final position.

They’re under the Japanese label Avex and I think it’s safe to say they are heavily inspired by Exile Girls (e-girls) which is a girl group under LDH/Avex:
