It sounds unlikely for SHINee

The people assigned to their center actually fought along side shinee to have their work separated from the rest of SM and be exclusive.

They probably establish a new center dedicated to the rookies to oversea them from predebut.

But what does this mean for Exo? I can't imagine Exo getting their own sublabel with everything that's been happening lately. Maybe it makes sense if it was a term set in whatever agreement they struck with CBX to get them to stay.
