I know this is a bait thread so ignoring the OP. Regarding the choppy waters of YT of late, I think there's a few things at play. Aside from the obvious streaming burnout, less choreo-focused videos lately (SMF2 being an exception), and maybe newer fans naturally not focusing on YT as much...I do wonder if HYBE's channel is quasi-shadowbanned or something. Some crazy things have been having with the LC video in particular, which makes no sense because it's actually doing great on audio streaming and casual listeners/viewers ARE seeking it out. I wish they could just start a new channel with a clean algorithm.

YT is not shadow banning anyone, their business model is getting more traffic so they can sell ads therefore there is no way they did something to hurt their money. If you want to say that they are filtering views for the purpose of YT chart, then it is true... but what is so controversial about filtering ads & suspect views when it comes to making a chart? It was the right thing to do.

Look at the streams number of the rapline songs and the maknae line. On The Streets was doing very well and had the potential to go viral but was dropped to focus on Jimin just like P2 is used as a filler to focus on Jimin.
Of course they will remember Yoongi when Jimin album is old enough and suddenly act like OT7 again flaunting their concert tickets while yelling Yoongi marry me.

ARMY are mostly OT7 so 
they ALL HAVE DECENT STREAMS AND SALES so they're supported so stop with the maknae line v.s. the hyung line BS

there's nothing to filter regarding bts and bp, they don't use ads. But YouTube definitely changed something, everyone gets less views than two or three years ago, even tho kpop now is way more popular than back then. I also think that armys moved on from youtube and switched to spotify. Even like crazy, who got #1 at hot 100, has only (or "only") 36m views.
