When did being a kpop fan became about being the biggest victim of them all?

Besides the victim Olympics, I noticed that many kpop fans are like Asian mothers (I’m an Asian mother lol).

An act released/achieved something, but there will be someone complaining that it’s not good enough, the act and label should do more because the act could achieve more… since when stanning kpop means stanning achievements?
