Yeah I was pleasantly surprised at first when reading this lyrics because I loath self help books too. They mainly said the same general things, just worded it differently or with fancy diagrams and stuffs.. and the rest of the lyrics cut deep too especially “you’re not perfect but limited edition” one

RM and Mono are two different Namjoons that were going through different experiences and emotions. I love how honest he was. I’m sure he knows that some fans were waiting for RM2, but he came out with Mono, which reflected his current state of mind.

This part in his speech hits home everytime. So true. He doesn't hide away from mistakes he accepts them and acknowledges that he comes with flaws and all.

It's a great message that we shouldn't beat ourselves up over mistakes and it shows love and growth is a continual process. All of it is you.
