When that came out with the song everyone spammed Hui and Cube asking for answers and than Hui said yes he wrote a song for JO1 cause he decided to make a Japanese song but had no idea who to give it to since he didn't knew enough Japanese people and didn't wanted to give it to PENTAGON just cause Yuto is Japanese xD He thought if he knows anyone and than randomly noticed that Ren debuted and he remembered him.
They only know eachother on that level that Hui could remember him since Ren spend time with PENTAGON. Basicly Ren heard after a concert where he was backup dancer that PENTAGON was bored and had no idea what to do and since it was his hometown Ren asked if he could show them around. Thats all
