They literally just stated the obvious with "J subunit will release after March..." Well, yeah. We have a English comeback in January, and an album in March. When else is it going to be? February? I doubt it...

I live in the U.S. but I've never been able to go to one for multiple reasons. But you have ONCE who live in Europe and are able to go but just can't/won't make the trip overseas to see them.
