I don't make them cause I never can do it
I mean I think of something end either forget about it or just do it poorly and so I decided after some years to not do any
My family was also not a big help either with it, because oneday my grandpa said "drinking less wine" and he still drunk 1 glas each day

A podcast I was listening to recently supports this! There is evidence that a mental fresh start can help people feel less bad about past failures and give them the motivation to move forward and try again. And anecdotally, when I used to go to the gym, I noticed that Mondays were always more packed than the same class at the same time on Fridays. I can see how "yes, I missed Friday, but it's a fresh week, let's try again" can positively affect people's behavior.

Tbf, it was a project and I could've said no, but I was greedy and wanted the money and was like "I volunteer!". But I've since realised that 6 months can be very, very long.

they are not stupid for me. I like starting on a clean slate and having a new years resolution really helps me to become the person I always wanted to be.

I have a lot and its mostly based on things I felt like I was lacking during this year.
- Get out of my comfort zone and make more friends at my college
- Stop judging others or secretly disliking people but still associating with them
- Take more pictures and be more active on social media instead of watching other peoples lives
- Get closer to God
- Keep doing good in school
- Cut off all the guys I talk to knowing that I don't have an intention to date them
- Cut off my toxic ex
- Have no more boyfriends and work on becoming the women I want to be
- Become less anxious and more care-free
-
Finishing my courses

To be happy and healthy, physically and mentally. That's all anyone can hope for.
