Both are holiday/winter songs that have different vibes and they do each vibe super well
Merry and Happy is *surprise* happier et merrier, it's more a christmas song while Doughnut is a bit more melancholic, but not sad, just a cozy feel that just fits the winter vibe. I only listened to it recently and fell in love with Doughnut so it's Doughnut for me but Merry and Happy is a nice song, perfect for the year end celebrations!
