Sakura a better dancer than Kazuha

I live to poke holes in commonly held beliefs, it's in my contrarian nature.

I mean......basically THIS. There's no need to mention Kazuha at all to appreciate Sakura current dance skills. And really.....the beauty of LSFM is that ALL of the girls are relatively around the same dance level which is why they feel so balanced as a group. Some might be a bit better than others but it's not a huge difference. It's like looking at the difference between a grade of an A- and an A+. At the end of the day, it's still an A.
And that's supposed to be mind blowing because? Like obvi she'll be better at idol style dancing, she's been in the industry for a decade
Sakura only started receiving formal idol dance training since like around August of last year when she entered HYBE. AKB doesn't give any formal training at all. And IZ*One didn't really give formal training either other than choreographers coming to teach the girls the dance routines (in some cases they didn't even spend that much time showing them either). Her level of improvement in dance ever since joining HYBE IS actually nothing short of mind blowing when you compare it to how stiff she was just a couple of years ago.

I feel like much could also be attributed to Eunbi and Chaeyeon. Eunbi was a great leader for IZ*ONE and Chaeyeon being the best 4th Gen dancer, can easily lead the members into learning and excelling at the choreo. Even Hyewon doesn't seem to miss the steps and she's pretty weak objectively.
The synchronicity in their dancing was another level

The Produce48 teachers taught some classes and did performance evaluations but you can tell for the most part that the Produce trainees were left to their own devices to work on their performances (which actually makes sense since it's a competition show). By formal training I mean like actually having a teacher actively work with you on a personal level to improve and hone your skills. Simply being taught a dance choreo (like what happened in IZ*One) doesn't really count either since they're usually just aiming for the bare minimum to make the overall stage performance presentable. Sakura also paid out-of-pocket for private vocal lessons sometime during the last year of IZ*One's run, which is a pretty clear indicator that Mnet wasn't paying teachers to work with the girls to improve their skills.

I still remember that story where (I think during Secret Story of the Swan?) the choreographer just showed up, showed them the choreo, then yeeted out like an hour or two later. I feel like it really was thanks to Eunbi and Chaeyeon leading them during their practices that they were able to present such good stages

Especially Chaeyeon for the dance part, gurl can memorise a choreo just by looking at it a few times
