Regarding the K-Rock bands you mentioned I know Day6, The Rose, Rolling Quartz. Maybe you'll like this bands too: F.T. Island, A-FATI, DIH, NELL.
I know about NELL and F.T. Island but not about the other two, I will check them out!

an actual world tour with countries not just japan, sk, or the us
good health, lots of rest, and an extended vacation where they can sleep and eat as much as they want
a really good album that jyp the man didn't stick his grimy little fingers all over. including songs that the members both wrote and produced themselves
