Idol: Bang Chan

Reason For Firing: He may be my bias, but as much as I love him, that man needs to learn what the words “break” and “vacation” mean.

Replacement Idol: Hongjoong from Ateez

Why He Would Fit In: Hoongjoong would be the perfect replacement. He’s the leader of Ateez, and since Chan would have been the former leader and Stray Kids would then be in the market for a new one, he could do it. Chan is also a producer and so is Hongjoong, so they’d still have three people who do a lot of producing for the group, same as before. 3racha (Bang Chan, Changbin and Jisung) have even worked with Hongjoong on composing before and loved it, so I have a hunch it would go smoothly. Chan and Hongjoong have met before and get along very well, so Chan would trust him with the kids and to take care of them. He’s also pretty much the same age as the rest of Stray Kids, which is neat. All in all, as much as I love Chan to pieces, if he ever got fired, I wouldn’t be mad if Hongjoong took his place.
