i was really lucky to get a good therapist (tried many different ones)

I've done CBT and counselling too, I was very sick before but I am doing a lot better (knock on wood) It really helps but it's something that you have to put in effort each time to try and to not fall off again. If you're thinking of it, I definitely recommend it and hope you will get someone good who will listen to you and guide you

thats a very legitimate fear for sure! if you ever want to talk, i'm here. Not a therapist by any means but someone friendly who can hopefully help you if you want rant or anything
