Which relatively large entertainment company you think has the best training program?

None, I don't think any company trains their pre-idols humanely. Maybe to an extent, but not as much as we would like

Their talent and training programs is second to none. They have always produced a wide variety of amazing idols with a plethora of talent and skill. Whether it's performing, songwriting, dancing, vocals, variety etc etc.

It's just their management of the groups then sucks.

I mean look at 4th gen GG alone; They have *literally* the best rapper, *literally* the best dancer. Also, they have the only fully self producing girl group, they always bring incredible vocalists and rappers to the table (BtoB, PTG, Lightsum), successful and superstar idol-producers (Minhyuk, Hyunsik, Hui, Wooseok, Kino, Soyeon, Minnie, Yuqi)

Their talent is creme de le creme.

Whatever is the opposite of DR Music lol

WJSN and MonstaX are kinda liking it, because back then it was made like boys trainee vs girls trainee and they are kinda having a performance battle. And in each battle, they started with dissing other teams by sending out their rapper to heat things up

mnet's thing is more like a mental training rather than the physical/skill one

None honestly, how the hell do these idols go though years of training yet they're still mediocre in signing and dancing some of these idols spend at least five years of rigorous training , in normal fields training for that long turns you into a pro, for example idols groups which have 5 member in them usually only have 2 idols that are actually good and the rest is ok, and the reason for this well it's because companies put too much focus on visuals so idols put more efforts into maintaining their looks and we all know how those diets goes.

So yeah that's how I see it

I don't know who has the best training program, but I know who has the worst ; Edam Entertainment who is not accepting trainees, meaning no training program to begin with
