Hmm, in what way? Like the concept doesn't really suit the members all together so it comes off a little inconsistent, or like it's a group of X number of individuals who all happen to be sharing the same stage or...?

I think a kpop group that would fit this criteria might be Big Bang. GD, TOP, Taeyang, and Daesung came to feel like individual solo artists with big careers in their own right who come together to put out group music occasionally.
