Easy, the groups that you stan. Mostly people would answer with their faves groups because they didn't know how other groups work or how the leader make their group works well under pressure.
But personally for me, I will give it to the leader of the groups that come from small and nugu companies. As the leader for a group with uncertain future, the pressure to make sure that everyone will stay until the end especially when the company face a financial issues and need to convince all the members to believe that the group will make it is very hard. They also need to make the group can adapt and survive with limited resources and chances to be known. That's why the leaders from the small companies always earn my respect, their hardwork and pressure is on the other level.
