Youngji was part of the group while Hara was part of the group. I don't know how it's more or less disrespectful for her to cover the parts than any of the other members.

I'm going to be honest here the fact that Youngji is going to be part of this big 15 years anniversary is so strange to me she was part of Kara when the group was way out of their peek and the two comebacks she had with them didn't perform well so people aren't that familiar with her and the fact that the members and herself included talk about her as if she was always part of the group makes me feel like I'm part of alternate universe and concerning her covering Hara like someone said above me the best thing would've splitting splitting the lines between the members would've been a much better choice
