RE: Why are Hybe groups still popular without great vocals?

Why..why did they bring up Baekhyun taeyeon etc soloists😭 also isn’t taeyeon an example of a successful vocalist? She’s up there with all the 4th gen GGs digitally this year.

It really must hurt their egos that millions prefer others over their favs. Poor soul. And kpop stans really think one needs to be a technical singer to be popular? Imagine saying that after Britney Spears and Taylor Swift, two of the most main pop girls of their era, were at the peak of popularity. I can list more popular acts like Hikaru Utada, Arashi, Fahrenheit, Prince, Justin Bieber, etc but it would be pointless. Because they will stay stuck in their ways to cope so what's the point?

I think it’s insulting that people keep comparing non vocal groups to Taylor’s skills as a vocalist. She is proficient.

I think a better question is that why acts with “perfect vocal techniques” or “talented vocalists” can’t get as popular? What’s wrong with them?

I don't know about the others, but why everyone keeps saying that BTS are poor vocally? Have they ever been in a live (and I mean "real" live) concert? Without backing tracks? They are great. They can dance and sing simultaneously. They're a dance oriented group and started as a hip hop group, comparisons are futile.

Why not enjoy music instead of being angry that someone else is successful.

yes bts are so bad vocally that they can sing this bad live with such easy choreography. Check it out and spread the video, they definitely deserve to be dragged for their vocals.

Check the choreography too. Such easy dance steps, even children can do it better
