Parent and child relationships are not easy but the responsibility is on the parents - to do better and be mature about how to address challenges and resolve things. Burning the KPOP collection isn't it -- it probably is a reflection of the bad communication and relationship already between the parents and child.
Some adults are legit terrible parents -- who don't know the real meaning of 'best interest of the child' or how to parent properly. They think that just because the child has material comforts, the parents can dictate everything and the child has to obey. There's a lack of personal, emotional connection + understanding from the parents to the child --- that usually drives children to seek it elsewhere etc.

well i know i spent a good couple hundred on sf9, all my autographs, my ateez collection (which i'm selling my photobooks, dvd and season's greetings sets), but yes. my collection (not to brag) is worth a couple thousand dollars.
