They don't give a fuck about these groups or kpop in general. If they did they would be shouting out amazing nugu groups and songs.
They just do it for clout and the hopes that their fans will now become theirs.

But where was Snoop Dogg and Garth Brooks and J Lo when Limesoda Wave dropped????
Limesoda Wave dropped????
nugu?
I think some genuinely don't know about kpop and can be impressed by some stuff they find if it lands right before their eyes
But yes for most of them it's like you say
nugu?
Very.
Sometimes it's genuine. Like Emma Stone in 2015 was quite random

Yeah I remember that. She was a for real fan. She just wanted to talk about this group that she loved so bad. Had nothing to do with any other motive.
they wish buzz or just being fake kpop fan
But where was Snoop Dogg
and Garth Brooks and J Lowhen Limesoda Wave dropped????
Please elab. about Limesoda Wave. If you are talking about the group that debut in 2017, Snoop was on a version of SNSD's "The Boys (2011)" and on "Hangover (2014)" with PSY before then.

Well remember I'm talking about nugu groups. No celebrity mentions them cause they get nothing out it. Which = not a real fan.
obviously there will be some who are cringy but maybe for others they are just discovering kpop like a lot of other people
given the increase in kpop's popularity across the world I'm sure some celebrities are just hearing about it in the last year or two...
