I know this song but the most memorable part of it is the chorus not the instrumental

I agree its iconic! But for whatever reason, I remember more the opening "first I was afraid, I was petrified" and the chorus. And for the instrumental I remember more the one in the song I posted probably because I heard it a lot as a kid and its part of the entire song.
