true, I think some people on twt were saying doja changed her layout, but when I think about it that does seem unrealistic.
I hope the previews are aired next week and the girls promote on music shows etc 
Fyi it's still produced by the TBL team so it's going to be very BP unlike ice cream & bet u wanna(that had obvious full on western flavour)

Also the CB was expected on the 26th,now it's 19th but we have no announcements regarding music shows & late night performances for the CB

Like GD in his last comeback and BIGBANG for their last comeback, BLACKPINK have outgrown music shows. They don't need them.
But something YG has been doing is releasing high quality, high production performance videos.
Of course there's been tension from labels and music shows from doing so many fancams and profiting off of so many views that the label could be bringing in instead of music shows.
A way YG has been getting around that is releasing a performance video before sending them on music shows. And these are high quality. YG released a couple with TREASURE's last comeback they had 2 before sending them to music shows...1 of them purposefully was made to look like a music show.
Which is why music shows are on a timeline to become extinct.
YG did a famous interview several years ago where he thought music shows were outdated and arcane.
And of course it's been noted how inhumane music show producers are.
When they were wrapping up M.A.D.E BIGBANG didn't want to do music shows anymore.
Pretty sure when YG and Naver finish building the largest SFX/VFX studio in Korea that YG, and several of the big music labels are leaving music shows and creating their own with just their artists.

they did promote HYLT which is a pre release single and thats why blinks were expecting something similar. But your last point does seem very likely
