What do you feel about IM not renewing his contract?

I think I.M want to go more on the indie/mature route and Starship didn't want that for him. I'm just glad that he still is considered a Monsta X member. And also that the chances of Wonho x I.M increased

I think it was a great idea for him! While he isn't really into solo promotions I think he'd probably like to lean into the production side more. A new company like AOMG just feels like a better fit

Happy for him at least he can do whatever he wants now. Btw, is he still living with Minhyuk and Kihyun? They probably feel his absence more since they're housemates.

hmm if it ends up slowing down group activities, I can't say I wouldn't be saddened, but I think that the fact they still want to be a group is great and that what they will give us, will also be great. I trust the members fully to deliver and I.M knows what's best for himself

I'm also excited to see what I.M does solo wise. Duality is an awesome EP!

He's still in Monsta X though. Just in a different agency.

Will it? I think him going to another agency is bc he'll priority his solo career, but i do hope Monsta X comes back at least once every year...

ehh group activities aren't as fruitful as they used to be, but they are an older group so that's kind of inevitable. We've gotten lots of solo activities, and they are expected to have a comeback soon this year.

Though honestly, I don't think Wheein being in a different agency or them being an older group is what's stopping them perse. RBW has been shitty for years, and they really could've done so much more for Mamamoo in general. Like, they could've toured for example, but RBW decided against. From what I remember, some of the shitty promotion and odd decisions comes from them "not wanting to be known as the Mamamoo company". Nevermind the fact that Mamamoo built their company, and you'd think they'd be more conscientious and promote their most popular group, but I digress

If they say they are continuing, I trust them fully! We'll have to see how their companies will cooperate, but I really do have confidence in them.
