Not sure myself. I just like to click profiles even if I don't read anything. It's like looking up an actor's IMDB just to see whats up even if you don't care.

Their aesthetics. If I like the color scheme, I want to see what colors they are using for future reference.

it's hard to start / continue a wall conversation without visiting said wall
