I always don’t understand the hype for “the highest budget”. I noticed this is very meaningful for YG and Blinks. Does it means that the money BP earned rightfully used for them and not other groups? (Coz I’ve seen threads about Treasure’s expensive MV). Or is there any other reasons?
I think the hype for "highest budget" comes from knowing that Blackpink always has high budget mv's and with YG dropping news like that I think all blinks expect some explosion. Not really about the budget but the things we will see. Blinks were always proud of having great mv's and hearing that YG spend the highest budget for the coming mv makes many Blinks hyped.
I guess many blinks were angry that YG never really used the money for Blackpink which Blackpink earned for them. I mean it makes sense to use it for other groups too, that is how a company works, but I think it always makes blinks angry to get the bare minimum for promotion if YG could give us much more. Not that it is used for other things too.
But like I said highest budget is more the anticipation of getting an amazing mv.

its not clowning.. we already know that YG sent out jennie and rose to work with pds in america which tells us that we are gonna have producers outside of the usual ones (ik we had diff ones last album but this time we have gotten much more leaks about producers beforehand) so YGE is obviously planning an actual full album this time with 10 tracks minimum im telling you
