Yes! The fighting is ridiculous
Less fanwars for sure. I also wish people would stop looking for validation that their faves are good. If you like them, then that's enough. You don't need some random dance teacher/vocal coach/music producer on YouTube to tell you that your choices are valid when all those people are doing for the most part using kpop to build a fanbase of their own.
THIS!! If you like a group, cool. If you don’t, thats cool too. No need to make a big deal. Support your faves and stop unnecessarily hating on those who aren’t.
Less obsession with Numbers
No fanwars
Agreed, fanwars are pointless
Less fanwars and squabbling
More chill
More maturity and respect
For kpop fan to be matured (impossible task i know lol)
Fandoms need to show more maturity and credibility. It's like they don't ever use logic and give a solid understanding on controversial topics such as CA, bullying, dating, etc.
We as humans are given brains for a reason. K-pop stans like to abuse the privledge. Apparently they also have bad reading comprehension when it comes to idol posts and allegations. They blow everything out of proportion and I don't even know if they're just slow or if they are doing it on purpose to advertise their faves to other people.
Speaking of advertising faves, this is a gigantic pet peeve of mine. I hate when k-pop stans try and push others to stan their group. Why can't you just like the group? I am a Loona stan myself but I felt bad when others were being pushed by orbits to stan Loona during the Stan Loona Movement. I'm sure they were just trying to have fun and didn't care about Loona even after getting pushed into stanning them.
There are nice people in the fandom as well. It's just the bad seems to outweigh the good in this case. It's insane how much this vocals minority could do.
I can go on all day about why the fandom I'm in is sh*t but I don't want this post to be a whole essay.
Stop expecting Kpop idols, basically Korean kids growing up in a completely different culture with their own specific heritage and mores and traditions, to act like woke SJWs. This aint their culture. How do you all think Beyonce would feel if some random fans from Saudi Arabia or some other religiously conservative country told her to cover herself up and stop flaunting her body? As long as idols arent INTENTIONALLY mocking or disrespecting others, let them breathe ffs.
