As an army i have compromised with the fact that bts will never be appreciated by kpop stans and they would never be able to satisify ex armys no matter what they will do
e.g look at the narratives and theses wriiten on UKO reddit thread on PTD and YTC. they are capitalistic lords whether they release english songs or korean ballad.
at they end in those peoples eyes, everything bts do is to actually fill their pockets and to leech upon their cult aka armys
funniest take I read today is that all of bts were wearing white outfits in YTC because they know that they are leader of a cult 
and yes there were actual intellectuals who were agreeing with it
