If IVE comes back one more time before the end of the year with another song that charts well then they have no competition just because of the numbers game. Le Sserafim would be the closest one but only if they fix the Garam issue and come back with a hit. But even then they would still have to have another comeback afterwards to catch up, and that wouldn't be logistically possible.

Mnet always gives the rookie award to their produce groups no matter what the numbers say so MAMA is definitely going to Kep1ler. Unfortunately, they aren't the only ones who won't care about numbers. Big companies will not be afraid to payola their way. But then again it's not as if Starship isn't back by Kakao that may or may not also end up buying SM.
