Seungri has been sentenced to 1 year and six months in prison.
Seungri was tried for
- Soliciting prostitutes for business ventures
- embezzlement of funds from Burning Sun
- High tier gambling in las vegas for several years
- Threatening the usage of Gangsters against Yoo Inseok
He was found guilty on all 9 charges. This presumably will be added on to his existing 3 year prison sentence.
edit: just realized this was the appeal court. It means his sentence was reduced to half.

he was in military prison since august so he will serve the remaining nine months is general prison

Seungri is currently imprisoned in the Armed Forces Prison. According to the Supreme Court's ruling, he is transferred to a wartime labor force and transferred to a private prison. He will serve his sentence until February 2023.
So basically he will spent extra time in military having room for himself instead of living with multiple other soldiers...

That might just be your wishful thinking. It's fine to hate or dislike people without forcing yourself to have a justification, you know. People hate each other based on vibes all the time.
We could easily extend this to "There's no way other groups in the company didn't know" or "There's no way other people in the industry didn't know."
I don't think you'd be looking through your friends' or coworkers' phones to know what they were talking about in a private chatroom no matter how long you've known them.
If they knew, they wouldn't be dropping hints the way they did, potentially ratting themselves out. All they knew was that this guy spent a ton of his time around with questionable-looking people. Seems to me he did his own thing during his own time. The other members found it odd, but that was it.
