black 24/7
Mine doesn't change by the seasons, but it does change naturally, on its own. It's always the same color year-round sadly. It would be so cool if it was color changing. When I was younger though, it used to be much lighter, but being outside in the sun too long makes it darker. It's very odd to me.
How I found out about this is I used to have a classmate in one of my classes one year. The next year, I randomly stumbled into them, so we caught up for about two or so minutes and that was fun. During this time, they asked me if I dyed my hair and I was confused, so asked them about why they asked. They said my hair looked much darker than before. Sure enough, I look in old pictures and a mirror and it is a few shades darker, but mostly the same color all in all.
Since I have never done anything to lighten or darken my hair, or change the color of it, the only explanation that even remotely made sense to me was that it was the sun making it darker. Sunlight can give you a tan, so it made sense to me for it to darken my hair color, even if slightly. Unlike other people above me have commented on though, mine has stayed darker and never gone any lighter, in winter or otherwise. I don't have a huge problem with that, I just find it interesting.
Hairs change color?
yep. it's slightly lighter in summer and darker in winter.
I dye my hair, so it's no longer natural, but it still changes colour depending on the season. It gets quite lighter in the summer after spending some time in the summer.
In highschool I used to apply hydrogen peroxide on my hair and stay in the summer and it got really light lmao, we all did it dreaming to become blonde
yes it changes into a reddish tint for fall and winter then it gets darker for spring and then lighter for summer
