its already very hard for an individual to win against a big corporation on court at first. I don't think the injection hearing will be on MHJ's side. The chance is very slim. I presume this is just a way to drag more time for her lawfirm. It's very likely that she will be fired, sue Hybe later and go for a long legal battle that could take years.

This thread will be silly once HYBE reveals all the evidence they are witholding about MHJ. Tokkis have convinved themselves she's innocent when nothing she has stated so far clears her. We can pretend that very calculated heist her and her minions came up with is a joke (when has a criminal ever said they did a crime they are accused of?) but in HYBE's many statements they have made it known they have other supporting evidence that shows her not only being greedy and backstabbing, but the convos with her shaman and her vice president has more incriminating evidence backing up the breach of trust that they will show in court. To answer the question of this thread she is a liabilty in any coporate/business setting. Whether tokkis are simply as entitled as MHJ in wanting everything to just go their way she has caused many HYBE groups damage that the other labels will want her out for. I don't know much about charting, so any chart nerds here can explain the high spotify US stream numbers Magnetic got on their first and second day debut? Like 5-700k streams on your first week is VERY HIGH. They're basically rookie, no one knows them. Even Newjeans with that explosive popularity after their debut + playlisting have to climb pretty hard to reach that number with OMG. The song isnt even that great. It's a good song but thats it.
Sadly no. When Newjeans debut, almost half of the hot topics in every Korean social media platforms are about the members. EVERYDAY. It went on for like 2-3 weeks. Illit have the stream numbers but never have 1/10 the same cultural impact Newjeans had. Like Korea totally crazy about them at that time especially Minji who suddenly took the next "national first love" crown just days after their debut. You just can not compare.
I have no clue where Illit is on the Apple charts, but there is no such thing as a free account on Apple Music except for a free trial. Otherwise, all streams are from paid accounts and thus they don't have the same Spotify dichotomy of free streams counting for less than premium streams. All streams are the same on Apple as far as I know.

One of the antis most common saying is why Illit placed 36 with nearly 700k stream on Spotify US top 50 but never make it into top 100 Apple music US. Is there any different between these two apps? I heard people say you have to pay on Apple music but not sure as im not using either of these.
I've been thinking the same since the announcement of Illit, I believe this was the talk of all Kr forums as well. The reason why Hybe groups/Newjeans will NEVER have half of a strong fanbase like big gen3 groups is the overlap. Imagine if I am a new fan in my tween that missed the legendary debut era of Newjeans, I'd rather buy the Illit album instead. At least LSF and Newjeans have very different approach and styling, but with the Illit debut and their suprisingly high number in sales/streams, it seems like Bang wouldn't want another female BTS, especially when he has almost no creative credit on their success. I'm pretty sure there are an ongoing beef between Bang and MHJ. Bang failed to surpass NJ with LSF and now he want a re-run and will focus entirely on Illit. That will limited LSF options in the future and hold back NJs development significantly as well. This only happens in Hybe. If SM and YG done the same thing with SNSD and BP, these two will never reach half the achievements they have now.
