it remains a fact that nj do not upload official mvs on their channel, so it’ll never make sense to compare their channel with other music channels that do upload mvs, be it bp’s channel or any other group’s. it doesn’t matter that it’s bp, and it doesn’t matter if nj only had 1 subscriber rn instead of millions, it’d still be an unequal comparison based on the principle and nature of their channels alone. ik, such an alien concept to remain impartial and unbiased when looking at things without emotional influence for yall bp stans to grasp but i hope you do try

that list is sorted by unique listeners, not streams tho so some songs might’ve been placed lower despite having higher “digitals”. psycho also wasn’t there and it was pretty neck and neck with hip in terms of digital performance.

Either way, I really don't see any Blinks mad around here. If anything most of the negative reactions have come from the Once crowd scoffing at the idea that they are no longer the "Third biggest Fandom", even though that was never true either.

This is hilarious of a thread because like i literally said that BP is THE top tier, that the numbers aren’t peak but its still a great achievement for NJ at this point in THEIR career, but these veteran stans are like… so offended at the idea somebody else could ALSO do well.
Like it isnt like if NJ were to hit 60m spotify listeners suddenly BP would be unsuccessful and their history of world domination is erased, it just means more than one person is doing well.
Beyonce, SZA, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus can all separately be on top, why cant kpop groups too?
that’s because they are success stans more than actual kpop stans aka people who like kpop for the music/the idols and not their achievements
if you take away their faves’ position as the one top they don’t know what to do with themselves anymore because the achievements were all they were here for, hence all these embarrassing & pathetic meltdowns at the prospects of another group also doing well even tho their faves wouldn’t be hurt from it whatsoever
