The main albums on offical American stories were 50 bucks, people mainly buy KPOP albums for the merch really. If stray kids had 200million playlisting they still wouldnt touch BP as I shown above.
I mean BP singles do chart while stray kids,twice dont..
Only legit groups in America are BTS,Twice,BP and NJ no-one fucking knows who stray kids are.

unlike Korea. It was a strong move for jyp to reject Mama for Skz and we stays appreciate that. I was kinda sad that they're not gonna perform in Mama cz their performances are always insane. Their 2020 mama performance is one of my most favourite ones. It literally gave me goosebumps. Without skz Mama feels different to me. But good thing they're not going there. -

I personally feel like stays weren't enough prepared for this comeback. The fandom is run by twitter stays so this time less stays talked about the comeback because of ongoing conflicts around the world and as a result, rest of the fandom didn't feel the hype to be prepared for the cb. But at the same time I feel like this album is naturally doing very well not bcz fans are streaming but rather ppl are actually enjoying the comeback.

Internationally all they have is a big fanbase, yap about those streams all you want but not a single popular song with even international Kpop fans
Their Spotify song and album charting is poor, op is right only their fans give 2 fck
And gg stans dck ride domestic charting so hard it’s not even funny, legit a song will start getting more listeners on Spotify just because it’s doing well on melon and vise versa.
International stats only matter when you have some sort of relevance in sk, that’s why nobody considered skz a top group. And why people think svt is more popular then them, when all they really have against them is sk charts

Stray kids one is definitely the most satisfying to me. Their audience are so well balanced like you can't really point out which continent has their strong fanbase cz it's literally everywhere. They took the STRAY KIDS EVERYWHERE ALL AROUND THE WORLD slogan seriously.

It's a smart move to make their groups fandom driven instead of casual listeners. Causal listeners can change their taste of music and like other groups but the groups that were doing well for the casual fans will lose popularity overnight and companies will have a hard time to make money and draw attention towards them again. Dedicated fanbases will hardly go away. They always stick to the groups no matter what and as a result, companies can easily make money out of them. In the end they need money so no matter what they'll have to grab attention to the fans who will be dedicated enough to spend their money on the groups. Wonder girls and miss a were very popular but their fanbases weren't dedicated enough and that's why jyp had struggled a lot and had to disband them. They can also draw the attention of the casual fans by expanding the size of the dedicated fanbase. Stray kids is a good example for this. Outside the kpop bubble ppl may not know the name of the members but they're aware of skz and heard few songs of them.

I feel like jyp wanted to follow the tactics that stray kids followed but failed miserably because the girl group market is different from boy group market. Jyp does acknowledge the power of fandom than just casual listeners and that's why they wanted their girl groups be more fandom focused like stray kids. Only twice pulled out the concept well but itzy and Nmixx couldn't unfortunately. But I'd say their fandoms are still quite strong looking at their album sales.

Stray Kids Social Accounts are handled by Division 1, if it were an issue then the members would have been notified as they have a direct line to such information so it is likely they were the ones that didn't want changes.
Rather it seems far better to keep the interactions open so that the experience isn't ruined by haters, also fans b*tch at anything, they're sometimes part of the morons that want to ruin the experience
I think turning off the comment section causes less drama than keeping it on. The more hate they'll get the more the fans will focus on the hate comments and the more fanwar there will be and the more hate for the members themselves so if the members are comfortable with it then we have nothing to do.

Celebrity or not ppl in general do care about what other ppl are saying about them. But since we can't do much about stopping the hate and not letting the members see hate posts then I think the only way is to ignore all the hate because in the end jyp isn't doing anything to protect them or giving them mental support and the hate won't stop. The only way is to ignore the hate and look forward to the positive posts and engage with them more. I saw antis with 25 followers get more attention in their posts than a positive post from a 100k-200k followers.

SKZ hate has nothing to do with hyunjin nor Chan. Stays does play a role in it but Skz have always been hated since their debut and it only got worse in 2020 and ppl use their past mistakes to justify their hate on them but in reality they use skz as their punching bag or they're jealous over the attention skz has been getting since god's menu era. So no dont blame hyunjin or chan i'd say it's a "you" problem. I dont really blame stays for getting crazy over the years and becoming too protective over them cz skz has been getting hated just for breathing for years. And the hate posts were never normal antis have always been saying the nastiest things about them and if you expect stays to sit and watch antis drag them to hell then i'd like to know why is it right in your perspective? where's the humanity?

Nobody's trying to help anybody here. We all have the right to criticise the company. I don't understand why do you get so defensive when ppl criticize Jyp? I'm not believing some random poser either I'm believing my own intuition and conscience. Twice was overworked too so I don't think it's a coincidence that skz are being overworked as well.
