Maybe in Japan and China but overall Skz still in the top. Streams say a lot. All of their streams, sales from different countries are very stable and equal and they're one of the few groups who have a stable fanbase in many regions.

Some of the comments here are highly biased. Anyways, Skz is the top BG of their gen and top 5 bg overall. For me the top bgs are TVXQ/DBSK,Bigbang Exo, BTS, and Stray kids.

why only treasure getting attacked tho? i saw other yg fandoms dragging somi. And I really dont understand why ppl these days glorify rude behaviour and say "slayyy" "queenn" "preach" they sound cringe as hell. And I dont think somi should've said something like that cause the main twt was hating on many yg groups who are senior to somi so it wasnt really appropriate to joke about such things. Somi has been getting hate for her words after she got out of jyp and it never stopped lol.

A person can have interest to find happiness in life unless they're so overly obsessed that you'll feel isolated or alone in two persons' relationship. I had dated a Thai BL drama fan who was overly obsessed like all she did was talk about her favs 24/7 her room and her phone case were also decorated with their pictures including her wallpaper so yeah I actually felt left alone. I'm a fangirl too. I really love stray kids but when it comes to dating I take things seriously. My ex felt jealous when I talked about Bang Chan but to her I shouldn't feel jealous of her favs cz she's a lesbian. Anyway I had to compromise a lot for her and yet she didn't want to for me so it was also one of the reasons why I broke up with her.

I've been a predebut stay and when i saw Skz perform and made a song like hellevator I was very much confident that they'd become a top boy group sooner or later only if jyp let them shine in their own way and luckily jyp barely had an eye on them. I saw many articles during their miroh era and side effects era saying skz is a flop, jyp doesnt care about them etc etc but just the next year they started to grow as a group and their fandom grew a lot. Also skz is lucky enough to have a dedicated fandom. The fandom itself plays a big part for their popularity now so skz's self production, unity and fandom power are basically the reason of their current popularity.

Skz is the new trendy kpop boy group nowadays. New kpop fans (which includes adults and minors) in my country are into skz. I was also surprised to see two of my nieces are into skz as well. They're quite well known among guys here too.

2nd gen - ELF, Sones and VIP

3rd gen - EXOL, Army, Blinks, Onces

4th gen - Orbits (small but as toxic as big fandoms), Stays, Moas, Atinys, Mys and Newjeans fandom.

Each of these fandoms are terrible in their own way
