I swear, they had the best contract renewal in kpop. This shows how much these girls value themselves and the belief they've in their star power. And no matter how much of a trash label YG is, I'd give them a huge round of applause for letting girls choose this option but if BP was in some other major label, they'd never let girls have this much freedom/have solo careers outside of label and still have them signed under them as Blackpink members. They'd have been put into severe restrictions.

Not a "bunny" calling BTS members payola when newjeans got more payola in 2 years than BTS got in their entire career of 12 years. The term "Hybe payola" was literally popularized by Newjeans, after their debut.

I don't keep up with dates now but I remember how it's always been yg/BP planning to make comeback on the same date as BTS and other huge artists of the time.

Lisa should've debuted with something similar to Hello bitches. She cannot even promote her own songs live. The YG kind of music suited her because it's all shouting/rap which you can pull off easily during live.

Yes BTS does fall under the same category because some companies don't even put effort in the solos of the members they don't gaf about but in BTS members with the least streams have released some of the best songs ever, so I don't think armys can complain about quality either.

I think here credit goes to yg too, they pushed all the girls as separate entities meanwhile in most of the group we only see a single member being "face/center" and that member is also favourite of the fandom and ends up becoming the only famous soloists of the group. It usually happens with sm groups but I see Hybe following the same strategy.

Exactly, blinks have supported each girl with same enthusiasm while I'm shocked to see some fandoms who always claimed to be stanning the entire group tuning in only for a single member. It was a huge shock for me.

Their outfits are a lot better than what BP was wearing in their rookie days.

It's true that BTS made kpop global and took it to the height where it is now, It'd be better if they try to be more specific instead of taking credit of entire Asian culture because I remember kdramas being the actual reason behind the rising craze over Korean beauty and culture way before BTS blew up. I miss the days when BSH would just hide behind the scenes, why's he moving like MHJ after reir breakup?

Why are tokkis always acting like newjeans were vocal powerhouse? They lipsynced most of the time, and weren't even the best peromfers in Hybe. Fromis on the other hand had some really amazing vocalists.
