I work out roughly 3 times a week but I don't have a rigorous training plan per say. Also, I bike quite a lot in the summer so thats another cardio workout by itself. So yeah, personally, i'd settle for toned ig. I'm not overweight or anything but i'm not exactly wonder woman either! im cool with that
