Did Ive beat aespa album sales?

    Here's some stats for nerds, not just album sales.



    Savage 1st week Hanteo= 276.8k

    Love Dive 1st week Hanteo= 338.1k


    Savage 1st week Spotify unfiltered= 8m

    Love Dive 1st week Spotify Unfiltered= 11.1m


    Savage 1st week YT MV charts= 19.1m

    Love Dive 1st week YT MV charts= Failed to enter(less than 4.3m views)


    Savage 1st week YT streaming charts= 26.1

    Love Dive 1st week YT streaming charts= 19.5


    Initially Savage did better on K charts hitting number 1 on all platforms and peaking at number 1 on iChart achieving a PAK(12hrs)


    Love Dive peaked at number 1 on a single chart, Bugs, and peaked at 3 on iChart, failing to surpass Tomboy and Still Life.


    Conclusion. Love Dive did much better on Spotify, Apple Music and had higher Hanteo. Savage significantly outperform on Youtube charts and did marginally better in Korea.


    Currently Savage has around 420k on Hanteo.

    All group see the increasement everytime they make a comeback. Aespa next album sales might goes 400k-500k marks in it first week sales.

    Aespa still sell more overall but they beat aespa first week sales and its barely a month yet since they released their album.

    Yes, it may. But as of now it isn't performing better on the charts. It's still behind Feel My Rhythm on Melon and Tomboy on Genie. We will see how it does on Gaon next week comparatively to Savage to further determine longevity.


    Savage in it's first Gaon update had an index of over 20m compared to 16.3m for Love Dive, so yes so far Savage is performing marginally better.

    To answer the op. No, it has not. But who give a shit. Savage was 6 months ago. To people who like to compare. aespa comeback is near, go ahead and do that comparison since they will be close.

    No. IVE hanteo sales is just faster in the first week. But aespa’s sales’ speed on the first week wasn’t that record breaker since it was even slower than multiple izone albums and newer albums like Kipler’s was also faster but eventually all these faster selling albums didn’t surpass aespa’s Savage overall sales.

    But we still cannot fully believe at starship, they are well known company that do a little dirty job with their artist sales.

    What the heck ^^ rv is killing it on spotify, sales and charts. The only reason why their youtube views aren’t high is because they don’t use ads, unlike literally EVERY other girl group these days (except for maybe stay c) what a joke you are. Like can you be anymore not in touch with reality

    aespa's first album sales weren't debut sales so it's a fair comparison. aespa's savage sales were 10 months after their debut. ive's current album is 4 months after their debut.

    IVE's current album not only is 4 months after debut but also have only 2 songs in it

    Its the time frame hello. Aespa debute album was in october. IVE debut was in December. Now, IVE release their album earlier than aespa in April, and that will match up with aespa comeback in May. Are you gona keep saying wait until next comeback so I can compare to you last comeback? How ridiculous. Who is doing the comparison here? And let me correct you. IVE first week sale was 338k. They are getting 22k into the end of second week, so it's really frontloaded just live Red Velvet recent comeback. Oh, I think everybody can improve, no doubt. Also, it is does not guarantee that album with more songs will sell better than single. Gaining fans over time is the only guarantee. Since these 2 groups released physical are not far apart, then it's a fair comparison.

    Aespa wins in physical and domestic charts but in the long run it seems Love Dive will do better than Savage.
