What one thing did it finally make you realize (and accept) that you're getting old?

Realizing being a senior is only a few decades away and I have to get my shit together now or else

When I joined this site and it was full of kids 10 years younger than me, I just turned 26

it use to take me one night of sleep to get over the pain and tiredness...

now it takes 2

seeing all these idols just debuting and think they are getting so young than me just realizing I'm getting older.

One thing is the fact that I am slowly becoming selfmate and saying "friend" or "my friend" a lot in my sentences lmao

I find this problem a lot when I'm with younger kids that I can't do the things that they do anymore. It kind of makes me sad that I will never get those fun and innocent times back but at the same time, it just means I'm growing older!

I realized there's only 6 years left until I'm 30. For whatever reason, I feel so much pressure with this thought.

But I'm trying to change my mindset about getting older. Now I keep telling myself that I can only get better with time.

Everyone thinks I look way younger anyway so I could always lie about my age and tbh even I would believe that.

I literally looked in the mirror today and noticed how much my face had changed as I have gotten more older. It is not a nice feeling realizing your growing up

Seeing so many on here posting about school work.

i started panicking about it since my 16th birthday, going through my diary (and old photos) that i've been writting regularly since i was 14 and this new year (i haven't gone out of my home since feb last year except for one time to give an exam). i'm panic stricken that i'll be moving out for college a few months from now (even tho i'm happy to finally end this competition of getting a top college)
