I'd say i care more about how talented they are as a group than their individual talents
Not everyone needs to be good at everything, but as a team, they should be able to put their best foot forward
This is my opinion too. Everyone should be able to contribute in some way and the end result needs to be good. Also, there needs to be a minimum standard. I don't need everyone to be fantastic, but no one should stick out for being bad. Also, for me, I prefer there to be at least one really good vocalist in the group.
