unpopular opinion but imo it's Irene
she faced a controversy and take the matter into her hands before even SM act to preserve Red velvet reputation and be sure that the group get the least backlash
and she was also able to carry the group for 8 years and still be successfull
i don't think it's possible to judge who's a great leader if this leader never face any big controversy and we could saw how they can handle it, imo.
Because how someone can manage a situation is the most important job for a leader
and Onew too
because they faced something verry terrible and a lot of group would have scrumble down after living this type of situation but he was able to stand strong, and keep his member together and move forward
that's a real leader attitude
